We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. As a Vehicle Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our drivers and ensuring the comfort and safety of our passengers throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Secure passengers in their seats and assist with the use of mobility aids as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of vehicles, including regular sanitization of high-touch surfaces.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and passengers to ensure a smooth transportation experience.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including emergency response protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or caregiving role preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry mobility aids and assist passengers with limited mobility.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
